Neville Mitcham’s thirst for professionalism can be traced back to his many years in the military. Having made the decision to forgo completing college, much to the chagrin of his parents, Neville decided to enlist in the United States Army. Once he got in, he adapted to serving quickly, enjoyed it, and knew that he had made the right decision. His decision allowed him opportunities to grow and develop, both in his personal and professional life. The military cultivated him, it nurtured him, and gave him the most satisfying years in his life. Thanks to it, Neville lived an entire lifetime.
Apart from the above, Neville kept a keen interest in his current position, and most importantly spending time with his family. He specializes in IT System Engineer with 15+ years of experience working alongside the executive teams of government contracting Fortune 500 companies. He enjoys using his skills to contribute to the exciting technological advances that happen every day. He specializes in business technology and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications, including high-end software/hardware and organizational apps. Neville is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
The reason? He enjoys getting people excited and about the things he is excited about. Neville championed being a leader that is present, charismatic and has a balance of discipline with compassion and prudence – taking care of others as the most crucial asset and not assuming an approach is prudent just because of his position. He is proud of who he is and what he is. He believes developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does, both professionally and personally, and a strong believer in the power of positive thinking. Neville is inspired daily by his family and a circle of great friends, colleagues, and acquaintances.
Having graduated from the University of Maryland with an MBA in strategic leadership and again from the University of Phoenix with an MBA in Project Management – as a student, he earned the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society Award – International Honor Society in Business and the Sigma Alpha Pi – National Society of Leadership and Success. Neville currently lives in Fairfax, VA and he enjoys cooking, traveling, and gatherings with friends and family. In his free time, he enjoys a good Netflix binge, writing, reading a good book and video chat with his grandsons. He also lives the sweaty life and can also be found on long bike rides and walks on hilly country roads, and strength training at his local gym and will probable “recruit” you to join him on one of his exercise escapades.
